The rooms were spacious and clean, plus the breakfast was a good start to the day. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was easy to find a parking spot. The location was also good for getting to the ski slopes and there was even a little slope with a lift nearby.
The Wi-Fi was very slow, which made it difficult to stay connected. Another downside was that it was hard to find the hotel, especially if you arrived late at night.

We had a fantastic weekend at the hotel! the location was perfect, only a short walk to the slopes. the staff were friendly and always available to help us with any questions we had. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the rooms were clean, comfortable and had great amenities like heated floors in the bathroom. We also loved the fact that ski passes can be bought directly from the hotel reception.
The slow internet connection. We had a hard time loading pages and streaming videos.

The room was lovely and spacious, with a big balcony. The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, upgrading me to a bigger room with a bathtub and providing me with bus schedules. The hotel was newly reconstructed and spotlessly clean, with bright new furniture and equipment. The location was convenient for accessing Stubaier Gletscher, with a slope and lift right next to the hotel. The staff was friendly and supportive, and I was able to buy a ski pass directly from the hotel reception. Parking was also not an issue.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the Stubaier Gletscher and a little slope with a lift next to the apartments. the rooms are spacious, newly reconstructed, and spotlessly clean. the staff is friendly and supportive, providing excellent service. the continental breakfast is satisfactory, and there are facilities to buy a ski pass directly from the hotel reception. the rooms also have a big balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the Alpine views.
The Wi-Fi speed was a bit slow, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

Excellent English-speaking manager. Kind and hospitable staff. Flexible with breakfast requests. Perfect location for alpine hikes. Easy access to pools and cable cars. Terrific Alpine views. Spacious rooms with balcony. Highly recommended!
